海外ウェディング会場［ハワイ］

先日、ダウンタウンにあるHawaii Theatreにて今年で第58回目を迎えた『Cherry Blossom Festival』が行われました。

57年前からハワイでは若い日系人の女性に日本の伝統と文化を伝えるべく、ハワイ桜祭りを開催してきました。

何を隠そう、弊社はハワイ桜祭りに着物を提供しているダイヤモンド・スポンサーなのです！

力強い太鼓の音から始まったオープニング。
この日の為に練習してきた桜祭りクイーンの候補者達。

"The 58th Cherry Blossom Festival"

The 58th Cherry Blossom Festival took place the other day at the historical Hawaii Theater, Down Town Honolulu.

This prestigious event which is in the 58th year running, is intended to perpetuate the Japanese culture and tradition to the people of Hawaii with Japanese origin.

We have been sponsoring kimono for this event for many years and are the Diamond sponsor!

 

The event opened with the thunderous taiko drum beat.

Queen Festival contestants have spent many hours practicing the taiko for this event.

そして、今年のQueenは、Marissa Nicole Machidaさんに決定しました！！
彼女はMiss Polularityにも選ばれ、最終的にQueenの座を勝ち取ったのです。

First PrincessはAllison-Jae Mikiala Hyunさん、PrincessにはKimberly Chie FujinakaさんとKimberlee Marika Youngさん とCori Kiyoko Hanagamiさん、そして、Miss CongenialityはAndrea Mie Hiuraさんに決定しました。
これから一年間、Queenを筆頭に6名で力を合わせて頑張ってください☆

 "And now, the 58th Cherry Blossom Queen is... Miss Marissa Nicole Machida!!"

She is also chosen as "Miss Popularity" so, this means that she is both the Queen and Miss Popularity!

First Princess is Miss Allison-Jae Mikiala Hyun,

Miss Kimberly Chie Fujinaka, Miss Kimberlee Marika Young and Miss Cori Kiyoko Hanagami is chosen as the Princess,

And Miss Andrea Mie Hiura is crowned as Miss Congeniality!

These beautiful ladies will represent us as the reigning 58th Cherry Blossom Queen and her Court for the next year!

物心つく前にＬＡに住んでいた私は、成人式も行けずじまいだったので初めての振袖でした。
２０代のうちに着れて良かったです！なにより喜んでくれたのはＬＡに住んでいる両親ですけどね。
メイクと着付けはカリスマ美容師のMayumiさん！ありがとうございました☆
